Refund Policy

By purchasing a ticket for CAST Festival, you agree to the following refund and cancellation terms. These terms are designed to be clear and fair, while ensuring that CAST Festival can continue to bring world-class theatre to Sandbach.

 

1. Cancellations by CAST Festival

• If a performance is cancelled by CAST Festival, you will be offered:

• A full refund of the ticket price (excluding booking fees charged by third-party providers), or

• An exchange for another CAST Festival performance (subject to availability).

• If a performance is rescheduled (date/time changed), your ticket will remain valid for the new date. If you cannot attend, you may request a refund of the ticket price.

 

2. Cancellations by the Ticket Holder

• Tickets are non-refundable if you are no longer able to attend a performance.

• We cannot offer refunds for:

• Late arrivals

• Missed performances

• Changes in personal circumstances

• Tickets may not be resold for profit.

 

3. Exchanges

• Subject to availability, we may be able to exchange tickets for another CAST Festival performance.

• Exchange requests must be made at least 48 hours before the original performance.

• A small administration fee may apply.

 

4. Method of Refund

• Refunds will only be issued to the original purchaser using the original payment method.

• Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to be processed.

 

5. Booking Fees

• Any booking or transaction fees charged by third-party ticketing providers are non-refundable.

 

6. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
