CAST Festival – Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a ticket or attending an event at CAST Festival (“we”, “our”, “us”), you agree to the following terms and conditions.
 

1. Tickets & Admissions

• All tickets are sold subject to availability.

• Tickets are non-transferable and may not be resold for profit.

• You must present a valid ticket (printed or electronic) for entry.

• Latecomers may be asked to wait until a suitable break in the performance before being admitted.

• We reserve the right to refuse admission if you breach these terms.

 

2. Refunds & Exchanges

• Tickets are non-refundable except in the event of cancellation by CAST Festival.

• If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, we will offer a ticket exchange or refund of the face value of the ticket.

• Booking fees and third-party charges are non-refundable.

• Refunds will only be issued to the original purchaser.

 

3. Programme Changes

• CAST Festival reserves the right to alter the advertised programme, cast, or schedule without prior notice.

• Substitutions or changes do not entitle you to a refund.

 

4. Audience Behaviour

• Please switch off or silence mobile phones during performances.

• Photography, video or audio recording is not permitted unless explicitly stated.

• We reserve the right to remove anyone whose behaviour is disruptive to performers or other audience members.

 

5. Accessibility

• We are committed to making performances accessible. Please refer to our Accessibility Statement or contact us before booking if you have specific access requirements.

 

6. Safety & Liability

• Audience members attend at their own risk.

• CAST Festival is not responsible for loss or damage to personal property.

• Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

 

7. Privacy

• Your personal information will be handled in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection laws.

 

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
